Confidentiality and Data Protection

In line with both client confidentiality and the Data Protection Act, the Company and its employees will ensure that all the necessary steps to safeguard the confidentiality of client information are met and undertake not to disclose any information without the client’s consent, unless required by Law, or there is a professional obligation to disclose this. Furthermore, all necessary steps will be taken to safeguard the confidentiality of client information, in particular where there could be a conflict of interest with another client. Confidential information concerning the business and affairs of a client may not be used for purposes outside the scope of the professional services rendered, without the client’s prior consent. This duty of confidentiality will outlast the professional relationship and will continue after all parties have ceased to act for a client.
