During the meeting we will discuss what you would like to happen, answer any questions you may have and provide recommendations based on your own individual circumstances. Once you have agreed on the planning you wish to put in place, the documents are drafted and made available for your signature.

It is important to review your will and estate planning on a regular basis, particularly when family circumstances change both personally or financially or as a minimum. Alternatively, a review every 5 years to take account of changes in legislation will suffice. As such, MVL Wills and Trusts offer a free, no obligation review of your existing will and planning.
