MVL Wills and Trusts is a professional estate planning company based in Battle, East Sussex. Backed by its sister company MVL Business Services, an accountancy practice established in the town in 1994, MVL is partnered with Countrywide Tax & Trust Corporation Ltd, an estate planning specialist with many years experience in preparing Wills and Trusts. 

MVL serves East Sussex and Kent, including Hastings, Bexhill, Rye, Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas. Our primary motivation is to ensure your assets and loved ones are protected by providing you with the right advice and estate planning solutions.

Director

Mark is the Director of MVL Wills & Trusts, the estate planning arm of MVL Business Services.

He is Head Accountant for the business providing accounting, business tax, personal tax and business advice services. Mark is ICPA qualified and has been in practice since 1994, growing the company from a team of one to a team of 12 as it currently stands.

Mark enjoys snowboarding and sailing.

Estate Planning Advisor

Tony is an experienced estate planning advisor with MVL Wills and Trusts. 

Formerly a highly-experienced finance and banking professional, he has worked closely with our sister company MVL Business Services for the last 10 years, providing banking relationship management and business finance solutions to many of its clients. 

Tony is a keen golfer and middle-distance runner.

Estate Planning Advisor

An experienced estate planner who specialises in personal and business clients alike, Andrew has worked for MVL for several years and likes nothing better than being faced with a complicated estate planning challenge. 

A former archaeologist and a senior journalist for more than 20 years, he's a family man with a fascination for history - he’s the website editor for Battle Museum and for the local historical society.  Andrew’s other interests include sailing, dog walking and rugby union.
